1- What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in USD.

2- I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 5 business days for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-10 business days excluding holidays, depending on your location.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please contact me.

3- I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify me via email at weriem.com@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong I can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

4- How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. The average shipping time is 5 business days in the US. Longer times if shipped to other than the US.

5- I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?

Absolutely! Please send me an email to weriem.com@gmail.com and I will be happy to assist you in any way we can. Please attach your order number and address the problem clearly, thanks!

6- Do you sell wholesale?

7- Do you take commissions?

It depends on the project and the timing! Please contact me to start a discussion.

8- Can I see your art in person?

My art studio is located on the North side of Chicago. Contact me to schedule an appointment. You can also subscribe to my newsletter or follow me on Instagram to know when my next in-person art show is!

9- Can I use your images?

No. All images displayed on my website, social media, emails and other mediums are copyright protected. If you decide to use images without permission anyway you will be fined for each work infringed as it is a copyright infringement.
That said, if you'd like one of my illustrations for a specific project, I'm open to a collaboration! Please contact me to start the discussion about art licensing.
